Logo in the customer emails

Hi

I am having trouble adding a logo to our customer emails, it worked initially but the logo was too big so I deleted and tried loading a smaller sized file, I tried svg, png, jpg with the logo location and none of them will work despite enclosing in the ! symbols.

Hi @skiely and welcome to Community!

You can add your logo by updating the customer notifications' template. In the example below I added Atlassian logo:

Here is the code I used:

Thanks Manon but I don't seem to have the html editor available hence using the ! symbols to enclose the text.

ok I see the difference is I was editing an individual template and the html is available under the edit templates option, still struggling to get this to work though.
