I have just started a trial for JIRA Service Desk and I want to allow my SaaS customers to access general help articles hosted in Confluence... preferably through the nice Help Center interface.
They should not have to log into our JIRA CLOUD instance to get to the content.
When I access the Help Center using this URL:
https://rebateengine.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
... it asks for a login if I am not already logged into JIRA.
My Confluence 'Feedback' space is connected to Service Desk.
I made this dedicated Confluence space public using the Global Permissions editor.
I am missing something about the connection between Help Center and Service Desk and a Confluence knowledgebase.
Can someone explain how these three pieces come together to provide public help content without requiring a JIRA login?
Found the missing setting here: JIRA > Applications > JIRA SERVICE DESK > Configuration.
Great! :)

Thanks, Grigory.
That link is for a server version. My instance is CLOUD based, for which this is the help link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/setting-up-public-access-934718729.html
I have enabled (can use) Anonymous Access under Settings > Global Permissions.
If that is the only setting needed, then I should not be getting a Login prompt.

You should also enable the similar setting on a space level. It's important.

Yes, Anonymous Access (View) is enabled for that specific Space.

I see.
Please, also check that there're no page view restrictions applied.
Actually, that is my last guess.

In the Feedback space, there are no pages listed under Restricted Pages.
