Hi,
We'd like to allow our customers to visit our help desk page atlassian created for us, but when you go to it it requires a jira login which our customers don't have nor do we want to require that they make one. How can we make is so they don't need a jira login to create support tickets in our help desk page?
Hello Jake,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
It's possible to let the customer portal open for customers to create tickets without logging in, but note that, when they need to access the ticket in the portal, they will have to log in.
There are two settings that need to be changed to let the portal open.
First, go to Cog icon > Products > Configuration > Can customers create their own accounts > Yes, by signing up or sending a request and Can customers access and send requests from the help center without logging in? > Yes.
After that, go to the desired project and click on Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions (next-gen) or Project settings > Customer permissions (classic) and select the option to allow anyone to send requests and save.
Regards,
Angélica
