Login announcement not available

I went to customize the service portal and cannot find the login announcement option, only the help desk announcement.

Anyone has experienced this, I'm following https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/adding-announcements-939926482.html#Addingannouncements-Loginscreenannouncements

Hi Hernan,

Can you check what version of Jira / Jira Service Desk you're running? It should be listed at the bottom of most pages in Jira and on the Service Desk customer portal.

Earlier versions of Service Desk had slightly different options for the available announcements: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver034/adding-announcements-875313955.html#Addingannouncements-announcementsAddannouncements Knowing what version you're on will ensure we can get you the right instructions or guidance!

Hey Daniel, thanks for your feedback, I actually found the issue, was totally my fault, but, documentation is not so clear also.

In order to see the login announcement configuration section you need to set to preview mode, then the login input box appears, I'm not really sure if I missed it in the documentation or not, but if it is, please let me know.
