Hi,
I'd like to know the logged in customers ip addresses for security reason.
I know about the user session part in JIRA administrator, but there is any way to get it from JIRA service desk, specially from the cloud version?
Thank you,
Regards,
Z
Atlassian applications don't bother to record or report on IP addresses.
There's not a lot of point, with more people becoming security and privacy aware every day, more and more are using simple IP spoofing and obscuring tools. Generally, any time you would want to worry about the IP address of a user, it's going to be someone who knows how to hide it from you.
I see your point but in this case it is a service. We allow logged in user to the kiosk only from that specific IP address.

You'll need to do that at a network level (not that there's much point, as it's really easy to spoof it)
