I am experiencing an issue related to registering and logging into the customer portal.
The customer is not receiving the invitation email required to complete the registration process. The affected email address is:
xxxxxxx@xxxxx.com
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on the next steps?

Look in the space if the user is blacklisted or reach out to Atlassian Support for this request.
Here on the forum we are users of the products like you, we can't access you instance.
Reach out to your instance admin to check this or let the admin raise the issue at support.

I had intended to submit my request through the Atlassian support page, but it appears I may have selected the incorrect tab.

It turned out the user has unsubscribed to the Product invitation.
