My name is Benjamin from yasoon. We are a marketplace vendor specialized in connecting Microsoft and Atlassian tools.
As Marc explained the native integrations required certain pre-conditions to be met. However, I think it comes down what you want to achieve exactly and depending on the needs you might want to evaluate the possible solutions.

Did you read somewhere about Live Chat being available in JSM Cloud? if so can you provide a link to that material.
I found this information which includes links to instructions for enabling chat through Slack and MS Teams.
