How can I disable certain organizations from viewing the list of requests in the customer portal in Jira Service Management?

@Jonathan Centeno Actually there is no way to disable a specific Organization in the JSM. BUt as a workaround and if you want to disable it from the specific project then i think you should remove that organzation from the project.

Else, You must delete it from the Jira product settingsNavigate to Settings > Products in the top right corner, select the organization, and click More > Delete organization.

@Jonathan Centeno as @Yogesh Mude  stated before me, you can restrict who can raise a request type by organization (or by customers/groups) using the Restrictions (lock) on each request type.
Viewing is different, these restrictions only apply to raising; who can view requests is controlled by Issue Security Schemes, not organizations.

@Christos Markoulatos  @Yogesh Mude Thanks for the feedback but what I mean is, in the customer portal, Organization A should be able to view all requests within their organization, while Organization B should only be able to view their own individual requests, not all requests within Organization B

Hi @Jonathan Centeno

This can't be done.

The customer settings regarding permissions are global in the project, not per organisation.

@Jonathan Centeno  By default if the request is shared with Org A then that will be visible to customers belong to the Org A not the Org B.

Is there a setting where only Organization A can view all requests within their organization, while other organizations can only see their own individual requests and not those of other users? @Yogesh Mude

@Jonathan Centeno There is no settings for this its a default feature in JSM.

Lets assume, customer 1 belong to Org A and while raising a request Customer 1 selected/shared the request with Org A then the customers/users belong to Org A will only access/view that request on their portal under the user profile --> Requests.

Another customers from Ogr B will not be able to access that request.
