List of approvers for JIRA Service Desk

Hello all,

I am looking to configure an approval workflow in JIRA Service Desk to have users select their manager from a pre-defined list of Managers. 

I have added the field 'Approvers' so there is a list of users that is on the portal page. However is there a way to edit that list to ONLY have managers? Right now I believe it shows everyone.

Hi Niruban,

It's possible to add a list of approvers based on groups, so only people added to a specific group will appear for customers to choose in the customer portal.

Angelica, are there any plans to expand the filtering option to the multi-select user picker?
