Hello all,

At our company we have multiple service desks managed by different Teams.

I wonder if it's possible to link tickets from different service desks? With our current settings it seems no possible.

FYI I'm aware of the feature to link service desk tickets with Jira Software tasks, as we regularly use it.

Many thanks in advance!

Romano

Hi @rfeliziani

Linking issues between two service projects is the same as linking between a service and a software project in terms of functionality (i.e. the project type won't affect this). I suspect this might be a permissions issue.

The first thing I would check is that you have the Link Issues permission in both of the service projects (you may also need Browse Issues permission as otherwise you won't be able to see the links even if they are there)

Hi,

Yes, It is possible to link tickets from different project (JSM/JSP). You would need a common user to link tickets between projects otherwise it is not possible.
