Good Morning,
we have some issue for linking Confluence and Jira application.
Basically when we try to link we get a network error. If we check on the applications logs, we figure out that is a OSRF security blocked traffic. Basically we have a reverse proxy configuration for access to the platform.
From jira we get this message:
com.atlassian.sal.api.net.ResponseException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
Please note also when we try to link in HTTP we get this error:
There is an issue with the OAuth configuration of the connection to test.
consumer_key_unknown
How we could proceed?
Hello Igor,
It appears to be an issue with your SSL certificate.
Could you make sure all the internal certs are set up properly?
Unable to Connect to SSL Services has a good walkthrough of that.
Let me know if you have any trouble.
Regards,
Shannon
