I am looking for some help with the below topic.We have a Jira service desk project and when a issue is reported there, upon investigation if the issue needs a review from a developer we than create a linked ticket in another project.

how can I see all tickets with closed Jira linked tickets set to resolved or closed status?

Note : these are for already existing tickets.

Hi @WasimBuden

in case you want to query for issues in stock Jira Cloud (without additional Apps) you already have some options - but they can seem limited.

For example a very basic example is:

project = DEMO and issueLinkType = "blocks"

Which shows issues in project "DEMO" which have an Link Type of "Blocks".
More complex queries would be possible using an App like Script Runner (https://scriptrunner-docs.connect.adaptavist.com/jiracloud/enhanced-search.html#_linkedissuesof).

Is it what you are searching for?

Regards,
Daniel

@WasimBuden -

After you linked issues from another project to your JSD issue, the status of the linked issue is already there when you view the JSD issue (NOTE - it is not in the portal view) under the Issue Links section.2021-01-10_11-36-48.png

If you don't see the section, you will need to add "Linked Issues" in the view screen for your JSD project's screen configuration scheme.
