Hello I am working to link several projects to the asset tracker to loop in specific software or hardware issues being tracked.
1. The only way that I am able to see the asset field is AFTER the ticket is already created.
a. others see it no problem
2. I am able to take tickets from different projects and link them to a single asset, however when I go to the asset I am only seeing 1.
Ex: I have a software ticket and a hardware ticket that both SHOW the asset linked, but when I go in I just see the hardware ticket. I have cleared the filter so I would think that would solve that.
Disregard on the ticket linking...it just took an hr to propagate the system. Literally just showed up.
