Linked Work items in Status "closed" not showing in Assets "linked work" view
In the Linked Work Items view of the asset, I only see open tickets. Closed tickets are not displayed, even though I don't have any filters configured or applied.
When I run a JQL search for the same asset, both open and closed work items are returned correctly, which is why the number of linked work items differs between the JQL results and the Linked Work Items view.
Is there a setting, limitation, or configuration that causes closed work items to be excluded from the Linked Work Items view? I would expect all linked work items to be displayed, regardless of their status.
Am I missing something?

Thank you for your response. However, I’m still a bit confused.
The articles seem to describe the behavior when viewing linked work items from Jira. In my case, closed tickets are also not visible directly within the asset object in Assets, even though the option to display them is enabled.
Could you take the same JQL that currently returns the linked work items and add:
AND resolution IS NOT EMPTY
or:
AND statusCategory = Done
At this point, I think it will be best if you open a support ticket and get some clarification from them.
