We use JSD for internal requests and the vast majority of the users that leverage it do so as unlicensed users through the customer portal. Often these users receive links to the "back office" issue view (e.g. ~/browse/<issue number> instead of ~/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/<issue number>).
Since they are not licensed users, they of course cant add/update anything in this view. Is it possible to somehow include a link in this view so these users can quickly get to the customer portal view to make updates?

WE added a button on the top bar using Scriptrunner - Script Fragments. It looks like this:
