Hi there
We are using Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. I am using the RefinedTheme Addon for adding links on the customer portal.
I have a issue, linking a user to the project backlog.
When a service desk customer clicks on the link, it doesnt jump to the backlog. It jumps to the customer portal back again.
However, if I am logged in with a user wich has more rights, the link works fine.
It dosent work eighter, when I am logged in as a customer and when i pass the url to the projects issues directly in the browser.
The project premissions should allow to browse the project.
Customers cannot access the Jira Application unless you add them as a Jira user which generally is not desirable. Customers under JSD only have access to Portal and email for JSD.
But the backlog is accessible for everyone even if you're not logged in.
What would be the best way, to allow customers to vote for backlog items tho?

"everyone" only includes users that have "Jira Software" application access it does not equate to public access. I'm not sure the best way to allow them to vote you could consider giving them Jira Software access but that comes at a financial cost and you would want to carefully manage permissions so that they cannot see all projects, comments, etc.
