Link alerts to incidents in JSM

Hi Team,

I am new to the opsgenie and Need your help on auto link the alerts and incidents so I have built an automation ; when customer submit the request in portal the agent should get the call and alerts needs to be generated in particular team so after that I want to link the alert in particular incident so that agent can see the linked alerts in incident view page 

I followed the KB which I am sharing here

I completed the step up to get I am confusing what we need add in the URL and what we need to add in the custom data body"
