Link a confluence knowledge base (server) from Jira Service Managment (cloud)

I have a Jira Service Management instance running in the cloud and confluence running in the server edition. (Migration to cloud is not yet possible)

Can I link a knowledge Base from the Jira Service Management (Cloud) to a Clounfluence Page (Server)?

No you cannot. Changes to Atlassian cloud restricts confluence as a knowledge base to Confluence running within the same domain on cloud.
