Lingering System User account "Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA Cloud"

Hello Community,
Per my Manage Add-ons section I no longer have Adaptavist Scriptrunner installed... but I have a lingering "Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA Cloud" System User account which I don't seem to be able to delete. 
How can I remove it?

Hi Rosa,

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately add on users cannot be removed from Jira cloud currently. However when an add on is unsubscribed to then the user is deactivated so will not count towards a license in your cloud instance.

Thanks for the reply Kristian.  The account appears very much active and eating up licenses :(

I checked our addon section, but adaptavist scriptrunner isn't on there

Hi Rosa,

Can you please try going to the Application access page for me and try revoking access to each application for the ScriptRunner User as this should stop it counting towards your license count.
