Limitation of 700 fields in projects

I do have more then 700 fields in many projects associated with Forms. So now these fields are shown in optimization. 

Is there a way around ? or is there any other licensing ?

If many are related to forms, is there a reason you can't eliminate many of them and use the built-in fields without linking to a Jira custom field?

Are the 700+ fields all in use? The site optimizer should help identify fields in the configuration that are not being used to clean up. If all are being used I would start looking for old request types or forms that may have been deprecated and seeing if there are fields you can remove there. Also would try to identify fields between forms that have similar labels and consolidating and reusing fields between forms.
