Dear Experts,
I want to understand the pricing model and licensing for JIRA service desk services.
We want to enable two of our projects (with around 10 users/reporters each) for problem reporting & tracking actions. Two of our service desk persons (agents) will be assigned to cater their requests.
As I understood for this use case, license of $100/Yr will be required for cloud based services
Or $20/Yr will be required for self hosting.
Please let me know if I missing anything.
