Licensing Jira Service Desk

Hello,

We already have license for Jira and we have a pack of customers.

Can you please shed light on how we will be charged for this software? We will be charged for each account or we will be charged only for users that can handle issues (e.g. Service Desk Engineers or other same thing)

Admins and agents will consume licenses. Customers and Collaborators don't consume license.

Hi @Yurii Bohdan!  If I recall correctly, only users with the Agent designation count against your license.  Admins will not count unless they are also Agents.
