Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the license. We're working with the free plan rn (10 Users) and we're expecting expansion in the team and 5 more will join. So in total we will be 15.

Will I be billed for the 15 users or the 5 beyond the first 10 users?

Hi @nadakkamal and welcome to the Community!

You will be billed for the 15 users. Licensing / billing for Atlassian products is per user, so it does include the 10 users you now have on the free plan. Once go over that, the free plan is no longer an option.
