Layout Kandan board, double headers?

Hello, in our layout of the Kandan board there are multiple column headers. If I unfold the Support tab for example, it is double (bottom picture). Why is this? If I select specific swimlane, it is still the same. It feels like the 'top' one shouldn't be there. Also the numbers are strange... In total there are 3x 'ToDo's'. Under the Support are 2, and 1 on Everything Else, but the header for Support stills show's 3/3? 

Sorry for the super cropped pictures, but the ticket title's show too much customer/company info.

How can I remove it the top header and fix the numbering?

So I've tried changing settings, adding more/different queries, but all the same. One thing I did not mention is it occurs when one of the swimlanes is selected. When none is selected, it shows only one header with all the tickets under it.

The screenshots from before show when 'Queries' is selected. Most of the tickets fall under 'Support' and a few under 'Everything Else'.

This indeed seems strange as the top one shown not be then, when expanding a swim lane, the columns should show an the amount of issues in the column based on the swim lane.

Can you try another browser or an incognito window, does this help, if it does, clear your cache and cookies.

Otherwise if it remains, raise an issue with Atlassian Support, as this seems to be an issue on your instnance.

Tried it on a different browser (also our support team uses windows and mac's/safari) and clearing cache/cookies. 

I will contact support about this.

You could check the board configuration ,for a faulty swim-lane configuration.

what if you duplicate the board, it can also be a faulty board.

Contacting support does not seem to work, it does not recognize our URL. Tried removing/adding https etc.

Are you running a paid subscription or a free subscription?

If you are on a paid one, are you Jira admin or user with higer permissions, as only these can make a support request
