Large text splitted in multiple lines

Hi,

we are facing following issue:
If users/customers/admins are looking into the comments of a ticket & the comments have a long text, the text will be splitted in multiple lines, regardless screen size/screen resolution/zoom in Browser.

The problem does not exist in Jira, only in JSM.
