Website states that Atlassian Cloud apps are available in Japanese. But then adds in a separate statement that Portfolio for Jira Cloud is offered in English only. I am looking for Japanese support for JIRA in Cloud (SaaS). Is Japanese supported for JIRA in SaaS (Cloud) option?

Hello Mayank!

Yes, Japanese version is available for Jira Cloud. In Jira Cloud, each users can switch between any languages they want to use. Available languages are introduced in Languages.

Also, we provide Japanese Support service by native Japanese Atlassians :) For details, check 日本語の製品サポートポリシー(Japanese page).

Portfolio for Jira is a separate product and will be used like an add-on. As you mentioned, this is available in Englih-only for now.
