Language Support feature does not working for me?

I have added French language to be the default language in customer portal, i followed the steps in your article, but still the customer portal comes in English, kindly advise ??

Hi @Roua Yousif Farah Abdalla ,

Can it be the case that you are opening Customer Portal while you are logged in and your preferred language is English? Just try to open customer portal while you are not logged in(e.g chrome incognito window, firefox private window).
