Language Problems ( Mix of English and German)

In the Customer Portal the language is English but it should be german.

Gerneral Setting Default German, Porjekt Settings Default German.

I found the same problem for Jira Server but no solution 4 Jira Cloud.

Addional Information: My System language is still English but i dont know why ? if the gerneral Settings is set to german ?

The issue that you are facing is a known bug where certain elements on the portal are not translated.

• Incomplete Portal translation

The workaround, for now, is to change the user's preferred language on Profile picture > Profile > Language.

If it's an Atlassian account, it's possible to change it directly on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences.

Workaround

Ask the user to set the user's preferred language to the required Language.

This will translate the whole Portal accordingly.
