I have set up a knowledge base that is perfectly working for logged in customer. I have granted access to anonymous users however external users cannot see the knowledge base "not found knowledge base article was not found". Any suggestions?
It may be because you've used a free plan of Confluence to power your knowledge base, or the space admin has restricted access to the space in Confluence. You can change this in Confluence if you're a space admin. To make the space public in Confluence, select the Settings button when hovering over that respective row to go to Confluence permissions settings and turn on the View permission under Anonymous access.
