KI Agent on First Page of Portal

I created a rovo agent who has access to our service management and our knowledge base.

When a customer is on our portal, he sees the wiki and the available request types below. The agent only appears if the customer clicks on a request type.

Is there no possibility to add the agent already on the front side of the portal?

I have to admit, that I was able to connect the agent to the customer portal on "Surfaces" but when I want to add it also to the Help Center, the System says: "You are not allowed to administrate the help center" -> But I'm an org admin with every access possible.

You need to be on a Premium subscription in order to manage and edit the Help Center. Even so, I am not sure that you can put Rovo on the Help Center page.

You can put it on the portal page for your Service Desk. To do that, go to Space Settings -> Channels and Self Service -> Portal. You should see a "Rovo Agent" option and a toggle switch to show the Rovo agent on the Portal.

We are on the Standard Plan on JSM—also the Standard Plan in Confluence, where the Knowledge Pages are.

If I try to add the AI Agent to the Help Center, I get a message saying I'm not allowed to administer the Help Center. I'm an org admin having all rights.

My goal is to have the agent beside having him in the help centre also on the front page of the Portal.
