We use Google email and ever since I've had to reset the password of the email used in Jira - the tickets do not filter through to Jira. We use Jira Cloud

Can you share more details around what configuration you're using to pass emails into Jira, what you've tried, and what you've found?
When a customer create a ticket via email it is sent to eg itsupport@...
Once it reaches this point ,it should filter to Jira.
I have attempted resetting the company email . Once I've done this emails will not filter through.
Customer does not get any response with ticket number etc
