For Service Collection Premium ,we are getting a warning symbol stating "This Jira Service Management is currently unavailable. Contact us at support.atlassian.com for help."
Can you please help us in understanding why we are not able to access this even though its a paid instance.
Please consider this as a urgent request.
Could be a bill is not paid, contact Atlassian Support
