Hi,

I have JIRA software and JIRA service Desk installed in separated instances on premise. Both are at different levels of a DMZ and behind a firewall. Therefore, could you please tell me the flows that must be enabled (outgoing and incoming) to allow the communication between the 2 instances?

You can connect the two together using Application links - Using applinks to link to other applications
