Jira service desk integration with BitBucket

We want to integrate Bitbucket with JIRA service desk. Kindly suggest if this is possible?

Yes, you can integrate your Jira Service desk with Bitbucket on Cloud, however, you must have a Jira Software subscription on the same site to make it work.

If you do not intend to use the advanced features of Jira software at this moment (On Standard and Premium plans) and are looking only for the bitbucket integration with Jira SD, you can subscribe to the free plan of Jira software, so you'll not have any extra costs to configure this integration.

Once you have subscribed for Jira Software application, you can follow the steps below to integrate your Service desk with Bitbucket:

1. Choose Projects > View all projects.
2. Select the SD project you want to connect with.
3. Select Project Settings.
4. Scroll down to Development tools in the left menu
5. Click Connect and select Bitbucket Cloud.
6. Once the link is created, choose Integrate Bitbucket to sync your Jira and Bitbucket accounts.
