Jira service desk dont open correctly

Hi all,

My page jira service desk have error, but other users can open issue normaly.

when i open the link :

https://servicedesk.easynvest.com.br/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

change to link:

https://servicedesk.easynvest.com.br/servicedesk/customer/portal/0

It sounds like you are missing a permission allowing you access to the portal as a customer, check out the following Documentation for what items to check:

• Managing access to your service desk
• Customizing Jira Service Desk permissions

Alternatively this behavior can be caused by a change server side in the network settings, like the server IP being refreshed and change, and a local caching or a host file setting could be hanging onto and pointing to the old IP on a redirect, flushing out browser caching and checking local host files can check for this.
