Jira service Desk: Export issue with type date field

Hello,
I exported ticket using "Export - Export Excel CVS (current fields)" feature but i have problem converting as Date "created" and "resolved" field.

When i import this CVS into Excel, i see Date field with this format:


I cannot be able to convert this format in a valid DATE and i cannot be able to use it as date in Excel Pivot.

Have you found a way to convert this kind of date in a valid date value and used it in excel?

In Excel - You should select the entire column and then right click >> select "Forma Cells" and pick the date format that you want.

In my example, I converted the date/time format to just dd/mm/yy format in Excel and generated Excel Pivot table using the date fields without any issue.
