Jira project for ITSM not showing Insight objects.

Hello, 

I have created object schema and inside that i have my laptop object created, issue i am facing is that i am unable to have my insight field on the project of ITSM, I want to use my insight object while I raise issue on my ITSM project, need urgent help, would appreciate if someone can help.

Yes, also my jira ITSM project shows the below mentioned issue.

I'm not as familiar with Insight on server which seems to have the additional functionality of seeing related objects in the project.  However, I do believe for this to display information, you need to have issue(s) linked to an object.  For example, object INSIGHT-123 is added to issue ABC-123.  Once this link is created, I believe it will show results in the screen you have shared.

So, typically you have an Insight field lookup on the request form.  The user is able to choose the appropriate object which then creates a link between the issue and the Insight object.
