interesting. that article states that it is for Jira cloud and yet it is listed under Jira 8.7 in the breadcrumbs and a quick look seems to be for server. There may be one specific for cloud though

you probably don't want to share these email addresses in this public forum.
Are these emails setup within two JSD projects under - project > project settings > email requests? Please check the email logs in that location and report back w/ what you are seeing. maybe a screenshot?
