Jira homepage blank on mobile devices

In our JIRA Service Management instance, on iOS or Chrome whilst using devtools to emulate a mobile device, upon logging in via SAML the user gets a blank screen. The screenshot below shows multiple 404 and 400 messages.

 

It works fine on desktop browsers. Any idea what's going on?
