When we (through Automation) create a Jira bug from a Service Request the Bug report is created successfully but the attachments are not copied. In the automation there is an error:
Is the attachments field actually on the create work item screen?
You can always try to work around by doing a Branch on the "most recently created work item" and add the attachment that way.
Can you send a screenshot of automation action that create clone ticket?

Does Jira automation has the permission to add attachments to Work items in the Space?
Is there any additional information in the logs for the rule?
