I am having trouble with AD/SYNC. The challenge is it takes so long to sync users to Jira, the sync fails. This causes us problems with adding new users. additionally, the sync added every user in enterprise jira that causes licenses problems. Jira won't let us delete a user because "there may be a history". What causes this issues? In order to rebuild Jira, what are the requirements?
