Hi,
I was using jira 6 with includes service desk project and we are using all 10 licenses. After upgrade and buy separeted license to jira service desk I start having follow message JIRA Service Desk 3.0.11 3 agents(8 used).
To access jira service desk project the user must be jira-user group ? How developer on jira software can intervene on issue on service desk project.

how can a set a user to access only jira service desk not jira software?
I can't find User Groups : jira-software-users or jira-servicedesk-users

I just have
confluence-users; customers-users ; jira-administrators; jira-developers ; jira-users service-desk-agents; service-desk-team
Yes, if you want to draw a developer into a Service Desk request, you can add them as a participant, but they have to be an existing Jira user (whether Jira Core, Software or Agent does not matter, but they must have a Jira account)
