Jira/ServiceDesk connection with VOIP/Hardphones

I have a question about hard-phone line connection to Jira.

We have a situation that there is a team which are using Yealink phones for in-coming calls. We would like to export / move / connect these information about call with the Jira.

For example --> For all incoming call we could create a Jira ticket, which agent can populate with information.

My tehnical knowledge are not that strong to understand the whole architecture of the possibilities how to link the systems. Maybe some of you have some exprience and can guide me into the right direction.
