Jira ServiceDesk - NextGen - Reoccurring/Scheduled Tasks

Hi Everyone, we are just evaluating Jira ServiceDesk to see if it can replace our existing ticketing tool.  One typical feature I've not been able to find yet is how to create reoccurring tasks.

For example repeating tasks for the Desktop Support team e.g.

  • Check new hires were shipped a T-Shirt (ticket to be created every Friday 8am)
  • Write and send monthly TPS report (ticket to be created on 15th of each month)
  • Tidy up MS Office licenses (ticket to be created 1st of every month)

I'm hoping there is a very simple way to solve for the above?
