In the past few weeks, users who have previously been able to lodge tickets within Service Desk have been stopped from doing so. When reporting a bug and clicking send, the following error message appears and ticket cannot progress. "This form contains a hidden field that does not have a valid default value configured" . How do I resolve this issue?

You should go to the project settings of the Service Desk field. Find the request type for which you have the error and correct the default values for hidden fields.
