hi there, I have setup the service desk with this URL https://c-labs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals but when I open it it goes to another Url https://c-labs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
in the second page I don't have the search bar to find articles in the knowledge base, anyone has an idea how I can manage this settings?

I believe that this is happening because your instance has only one project open. This way JIRA is redirecting the user directly to the only option available which is:
Another reason which might can cause this issue is being redirected to the SD projects portal is due to only 1 Service Desk project being public. If you want the users to go to the https://c-labs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals and NOT be redirected, you will need to have another Service Desk project opened up to the public.

The search bar was moved to the top of the page in all pages as outlined in https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2018/04/atlassian-cloud-changes-apr-2-to-apr-9-2018#AtlassianCloudchangesApr2toApr9,2018-jira.service.desk
