Good afternoon
The organisation I work for recently started to use Jira Service Management. The main administrators of the org gave me project administrator to set up the portal. However, I do not have access to any of the customisation features (add topics, brand portal etc.). They're unable to give me the base full admin permission as it would give me admin access over everything, not just Jira Service Management, but also other departments. I'm trying to figure out whether there's a solution to find a workaround whereas they can enable me to customise the helpdesk portal(s), while also not giving me full access to the complete org, as in an "isolated" access. Any ideas?
Hi @Paloma Daniele ,
You can ask your Org Admins to create a Team Managed JSM project https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/tips-and-tricks/team-managed-projects
This will allow you to manage this project and will be isolated from the remaining site too.
