Jira Service Management Dashboards - Question regarding time-in-status per assignee report

Hi all,

I am working on our team's dashboard in Jira SM. One feature my manager asked for, and I am unsure if this is possible, is to have a list of assignees correlated to various workflow statuses and an aggregate time monthly that each assignee spends in each status.

For example; lets say we have a technician Jane Bob. We want to see how much time her tickets sit in a "pending" workflow status (waiting for customer response, third parties, etc). So a dashboard widget could show her name and a total time from todays date back to the first of the month for a total sum of time in HH:MM for all tickets assigned to her that sat in pending. Same for other statuses we have.

I hope this makes sense. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.

This is not available as out-of-box in Jira Service Management. 

There are some add-ons you can search that may fit for your needs.
