How do I set up the Jira Service Desk?
If you have existing Jira installation you can add service desk to it via UPM.
If you don't have Jira installasion you can follow Jira installation instruction mentioned on this page (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/installing-jira-applications-on-linux-861253030.html) and install service desk.
After your installation is complete, and have you have added trial/production license.

There is Apps menu in Jira Admin Section.
In this section you can search and install applications from marketplace.
This section is called UPM - Universal Package Manager.
