My company is considering the implementation of JIRA service desk and using in conjunction with SAP. Specifically we want JIRA to query our SAP databases and populate the fields in service desk allowing us to effectively look up a customer. Is anyone aware if this is possible?
Thanks for the suggestion. I did notice that app in the marketplace and noted it was for installation on a server. Anyone aware if Cloud is able to be integrated with SAP?
